Chipeque apartments used to be a hotel run by the major tour companies,

It used to have bad reviews because the complex was not managed correctly.

The staff on reception, pool bar, restaurant and mini market were not pleasant or helpful,

the complex was dirty and infested with cockroaches,

holiday makers would come back to the complex and jump in the swimming pool at all hours of the night,

The major tour companies pulled out and the hotel went bust.

Chipeque is now owned by individual investors,

the complex is spotless with no sign of any cockroaches, the bar/restaurant and mini market are run by very

helpful British staff and their is a security guard on every night (midnight to 8am)

to make sure there is no unruly behavior or unnecessary noise and defiantly

NO people jumping in the pool during the night or early hours of the morning.

The investors have had most of their apartments renovated to a high standard,

Chipeque apartments complex is now a very pretty complex

with a warm feel and welcome for everyone.
